Welcome to InventoryArts. By accessing or using our website and inventory management services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
1. Account Terms
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. InventoryArts cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
- You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account.
2. Pricing and Subscriptions
Free Tier (Music Organizations)
We offer a specialized Free Tier exclusively for Music Organizations. This tier is supported by advertisements. By using this tier, you agree to the display of advertisements within your dashboard and other interface elements.
Standard Pricing
For all other organizations, the following pricing models apply:
- Free Trial: All new accounts (non-Music) are automatically enrolled in a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required to start.
- Monthly Subscription: $9.99 per month.
- Annual Subscription: $99.99 per year.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Failure to maintain a current payment status may result in account suspension after a 7-day grace period.
3. Data Usage and Privacy
Data Liability
InventoryArts is not responsible for lost data. While we perform regular system maintenance, you acknowledge that data loss may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and you agree to hold InventoryArts harmless for any such loss.
InventoryArts is not responsible for data changed or corrupted during standard use or bulk operations. This includes, but is not limited to, errors made during CSV imports, bulk edits, or user error.
Data Sharing
InventoryArts takes your privacy seriously. We will not share your proprietary data with external third-party partners for their independent marketing purposes. However, we reserve the right to share data with other businesses and subsidiaries under the same ownership as InventoryArts for operational and improvement purposes.
4. Communications and Advertisements
By creating an account, you agree to the following communication terms:
- Notifications: InventoryArts reserves the right to provide notifications, including product announcements, system alerts, and administrative messages, to all organizations and users.
- Advertisements: InventoryArts may present advertisements to accounts on the Free Tier. These ads may appear on the dashboard or other views.
- Purchase Order Promotions: InventoryArts may have access to purchase order data generated by your organization. We reserve the right to use this non-identifying data to provide you with relevant offers, discounts, and promotions related to the items on your purchase orders.
5. Cancellation and Termination
You are free to stop using our services at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the services with or without notice if you breach these Terms.
6. Changes to Terms
InventoryArts reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our website or sending an email to the administrator.
